Wella discontinued this produce (crazy, crazy, crazy) and it works great on fine, blown dry hair. It is not heavy on hair after styling. Suggestions are desirable!
Try these other Wella "glitter" Products that you can usually pick up in Salons or professional beauty supply stores.

I be to know how many onzes of Developer I have to mix with the wella color hair (Liquid Haircolor)
I am assuming that is the professional spin-off. If so, you mix equal parts developer and color.
i have very dark brown hair and for the summer i want to do it this color..
I wouldn't use the 40% developer, that might be way to damaging on your hair. Try the 30%, mix the color with the developer and focus evenly.

I'm planning on bleaching my hair to virginal. I've picked out Ion Sensitive Scalp Creme Developer and Wella Color Charm Liquid Permanent Hair Color in Frosty Ash. but I have a few questions.
1)Is it a ample idea to bleach my black roots first
1. Yes do the glowering part first. The already bleached hair will lighten faster than the black.
2. I'd do 30 on your roots and 20 on the bleached part. Just mix it separately.
