Is Shiseido White Lucent Brightening appropriate for 20 years old girl?

I am 20 years old and i am looking for a whitening skincare, i have been using H2oplus whitening output, but i want to change to Shiseido lucent white product. I am concerning if this product is appropriate for me or not because i hear some people say
I come up with it depends on what you're going to use from the white lucent line. I know that in order to see any major results, you have to use the face wash, toner and pomade. The serum of course with that regimine will make it work better and faster,

I have it, I requirement a whiter skin tone, (I got light brown skin, but all my family's white) and also, we all have sort of a oily skin (not much) but we do, so is it admissible for me? :P

Shiseido outer layer lighteners do work, but the best lighteners I have personally tried are by Obagi. Obagi encourages you to do the entire system, but there are a few products that are targeted to assistant with lightening. I am extremely fair, Caucasian,
